After earning my bachelor’s degree at Herzing, I loved the experience so much that I decided to re-enroll so I could further my career.
My associate and bachelor’s degrees were both in Dental Hygiene, and I wanted to expand my knowledge in the healthcare field while learning the business side of things. After taking some time to speak with the head of Herzing’s Dental Hygiene department, I decided to earn my MBA at their recommendation.
Herzing is a wonderful school that works around your personal life. I know this because I found out I was pregnant while attending the program. Unfortunately, this did cause me to withdraw and take some time so that I could care for my baby. Thankfully, when I returned, Herzing did an amazing job helping me work classes around my schedule. Their flexibility helped me stay successful as a mother!
Everyone at Herzing I dealt with was professional and helpful! They answered questions in a timely manner, and if they didn't know an answer, I was always directed to someone who would know what to do.
I never thought I had it in me to earn an MBA, but here I am a proud grad! Sticking with the program and paying attention are key to finding your success. If you do that, everything will be all right!
While I’m not quite sure where my path is going, my dream job would be to teach at Herzing one day. Who knows, maybe I will!
